Our Local and Wild restaurants are pulling out all the stops for date night this February. Let your special someone know how much they mean to you with our seasonal Valentine’s tasting menu for lovers, available from 11th to 18th February.
Set your night alight with all the romantic favourites, from oysters and langoustines to bubbles and Bordeaux, starting with our beloved mushroom marmite eclairs (how could we not?). We’ll also offer pescetarian and vegan versions of our saucy sustainable feast to set the mood for romance.
Fall head over heels and make it a match with our carefully chosen wine flight, including Nutty Vintage and Nutbourne Bacchus from our own Sussex vineyard. The menu is priced at £68 with the additional wine pairing option at £45, which includes a glass with each of the seven courses.
The dishes are served individually with a showstopping stuffed saddle of rabbit course to share (as featured in the One Planet Plate campaign). It'll be a night to remember on Valentine’s Day, with roses strewn across our restaurants and, of course, mood-setting music and lighting, sure to set your evening alight!
